• Inspection, service, preventative maintenance, diagnostics and repair of light commercial HVAC equipment including roof top units, split systems, loop systems, boiler, chillers, cooling towers and water source heat pumps. Refrigeration and ductwork knowledge/ability is a plus.
• Replacement and installation of light commercial HVAC equipment, same as above.
• Properly communicate with office and customers, offer solutions and follow through. Self-sufficiency and being adaptable is encouraged.
• Locate parts and materials on the fly as needed.
• Very limited residential work and work within D.C.
• No shop trip each morning. Calls are dispatched digitally.
• Rotating emergency on call service, roughly every 6-8 weeks and 1 holiday per year.

• Pay based on experience and ability. Range is $50K – $90K on an hourly basis.
• Bonuses and profit sharing when possible. Example: Scrap from installs is pooled, split, and given out as cash throughout the year.
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week.
• Fully stocked van that is driven home. Phone, uniforms, company credit card and pad. All “paperwork” is digital.
